Our Health Guarantee

At Snort n’ Snuggle Bulldogs, we want you to feel confident and at ease when bringing your new Frenchie home. That’s why we offer a 12-month health guarantee covering serious, life-impacting hereditary or congenital conditions that are not considered breed-specific.

✅ What’s Covered

If within the first 12 months of bringing your puppy home, two licensed veterinarians diagnose a genetic or congenital condition that prevents your puppy from living a normal, healthy life, we will:

• Provide a replacement puppy of equal value, or

• Reimburse reasonable, documented veterinary expenses up to the original purchase price

To Qualify

• A written report from the first veterinarian must be submitted within 5 days of diagnosis

• Treatment must not begin before we receive the report

🐾 A Note About Rehoming

If at any point within the first year you are unable to continue caring for your puppy, we ask that you return them to us.

While we do not offer refunds in this situation, we promise your Frenchie will always be welcomed back with love and care. At Snort n’ Snuggle Bulldogs, our puppies are family, and we are committed to ensuring they never end up in a shelter.

At Snort n’ Snuggle Bulldogs, we’re here to make your puppy’s journey home as smooth, safe, and stress-free as possible. Whether you’re close by or across the country, we offer several travel options to ensure your new Frenchie arrives happy, healthy, and ready for snuggles.

🐾 Local Pickup

We love meeting our families in person. If you’re within driving distance, you’re welcome to schedule a time to pick up your puppy directly from us.

It’s a great chance to see where your puppy was raised and ask any final questions before bringing your new companion home.

✈️ Flight Nanny Service

For families who are farther away, we offer a Flight Nanny service.

A trusted puppy nanny will personally fly with your Frenchie in the cabin and hand-deliver them to you at your nearest major airport. Your puppy will receive one-on-one care and attention the entire journey, traveling safely and comfortably by our side.

🚗 Ground Delivery

We also offer ground delivery through experienced, professional pet transporters.

Your puppy will travel in a safe, climate-controlled vehicle with regular stops for food, water, and of course, plenty of snuggles along the way.

We understand that not everyone can travel to meet their puppy in person, and that’s completely okay. At Snort n’ Snuggle Bulldogs, we offer personalized Zoom Meet & Greets so you can connect with your future Frenchie from the comfort of your home.

During your call, you’ll be able to:

• See your puppy live and watch their personality shine

• Ask questions about their routine, care, and temperament

• Meet us and get a glimpse of the environment your puppy is being raised in

This virtual visit is a wonderful way to feel confident, comfortable, and connected before bringing your new snuggle buddy home.

Every Snort n’ Snuggle Frenchie receives a thorough nose-to-tail veterinary examination before going home. Our trusted veterinarian carefully evaluates overall wellness, including heart, eyes, ears, coat, and development, to ensure each puppy is healthy and thriving.

At pickup, families receive complete copies of their puppy’s health records, giving you confidence and peace of mind that your new snuggle buddy has been properly cared for from the very beginning.
